DNC - On the morning of November 10, 2025, at the Yersin Meeting Room, DNC Health Sciences Institute, Nam Can Tho University (NCTU) solemnly held the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Taiwan's Deh Yu College of Nursing and Health. The event marked a significant development in DNC's international cooperation strategy, opening up opportunities for comprehensive collaboration in training, scientific research, and high-quality human resource development.
Attending the program, representing Deh Yu College of Nursing and Health (Taiwan) were Dr. Iris Yi-Shin Liou – Vice President, Director of the International Cooperation Department; along with leaders and experts from the college. Representing the University were Dr. Nguyen Van Quang - Party Committee Secretary, Rector; People's Teacher, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Physician Pham Hung Luc - Vice Rector; along with leaders of relevant faculties and departments.
