After more than two years of operation, Nam Can Tho University Hospital has become not only a healthcare facility but also an ideal practical training environment for students in health-related fields. With modern infrastructure, internationally standardized medical equipment, and a team of nearly 300 professionals, the hospital continues to affirm its reputation in the field of medicine.
Covering an area of 23,500 square meters with a construction floor area of 7,200 square meters, the center is equipped with modern facilities worth over 225 billion VND. This facility serves as a hands-on training ground for students of the Faculty of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, enhancing their professional skills and meeting the demand for automobile services in Can Tho and the Mekong Delta region.
The center was established with the aim of conducting research, developing practical application products, and providing a hands-on environment for students and staff. At the same time, it contributes to promoting scientific research in the Mekong Delta and enhancing the value of Vietnamese medicinal herbs, helping to improve local incomes through medicinal herb cultivation.
DNC Travel – A Professional Tourism Practice Environment
Established on November 4, 2020, DNC Travel serves as a practical training environment for students in the Tourism program while offering experiential services in Can Tho and the Mekong Delta region. Nam Can Tho University has also inaugurated the Ecotourism Practice Area - DNC Resort, covering 25,000m², providing students with real-world exposure and contributing to the promotion of local tourism.
The DNC Center for Software Development and Application is a 7-story facility with a total floor area of over 7,500 m² and an investment of approximately VND 100 billion. The center is designed to produce information technology and software products that support the learning and practical training needs of students in the IT field at the university. Additionally, it aims to develop IT and software solutions to meet market demands and serve end users effectively.
Established in 2011, Nam Mien Nam Group is a leading company in the field of design and construction in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding provinces. The company boasts a team of professional architects and engineers, ensuring top-quality design and construction for every project. Nam Mien Nam Group is also responsible for many excellent construction projects at Nam Can Tho University, providing a practical training environment for students in the fields of Construction and Architecture.
The DNC School and the DNC Institute for Health Sciences Research and Training have also been established to provide practical training and internships for students. These units allow students to gain real-world experience, helping them to refine their skills and enhance their expertise. Additionally, they serve as potential employment opportunities for graduates.
