Applicants must have graduated or be eligible for graduation from relevant undergraduate programs as recorded in their university transcript.
Students who have completed the third year of an undergraduate program with a cumulative GPA of “Good” or higher may register to take up to 15 credits of master’s level courses in the corresponding field to build their professional competence.
Have foreign language proficiency at level 3 or higher according to the 6-level foreign language competency framework;
Hold a university degree or higher in a foreign language major, or have completed an entire academic program in a foreign language.
Applicants holding a university degree issued by a foreign educational institution must provide a notarized Vietnamese translation of their diploma and transcript, along with a certificate of recognition from the Department of Quality Management under the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.

Admission is based on academic results at the undergraduate or equivalent level. The selection is conducted based on the scores of two key undergraduate courses (foundation course and major course) and the applicant’s cumulative GPA at the undergraduate level.

Applicants are required to present their Research Proposal and Dissertation Implementation Plan before the Proposal Evaluation Committee. Based on the evaluation criteria, the Committee will compile and rank applicants according to their scores in descending order. Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 7 out of 10 in the proposal evaluation to be considered eligible for admission.
