I. Introduction
The Management Board of the Multifunctional Building (Management Board of Zone E) is a unit within
the University, established to manage facilities as well as ensure security and order in the
Multi-functional Practice Area. The unit officially began operations in early June 2020. After more
than four years of operation, the Management Board has consistently strived and worked diligently to
successfully accomplish tasks assigned by the University, contributing to the overall development of
the University.
II. Functions and Duties
1. Functions
The Management Board of Zone E is a unit within the University with the function
of advising the University Board of Rectors on all matters concerning to the infrastructure of Zone
E. It is responsible for managing facilities, ensuring security and order, and maintaining
environmental sanitation and landscaping within the Multi-functional Practice Area.
2. Duties
Ensuring Political Security and Public Order in Zone E
- Maintaining security and order in Zone E is a top priority. The area must not
allow student gatherings that could lead to disorder or compromise safety. Fire and
explosion prevention must always be emphasized during the unit's management activities.
- Every month, the Management Board conduct regular internal training sessions
for security staff focusing on fire prevention and building operations (including elevator
rescue and handling electrical/water-related emergencies). Each session concludes with a
comprehensive performance evaluation for every participant.
Facilities Management in Zone E
- The board develops plans and collaborates with other departments to swiftly
repair or replace damaged equipment and infrastructure in Zone E annually.
- Routine maintenance and minor repairs are performed in classrooms to guarantee
a complete supply of electricity and water, creating the best possible learning and practice
environment for students.
- The board also addresses inquiries and concerns related to classrooms and
facilities in the Multi-functional Practice Area (Zone E).

Achievement Reports Based on Assigned Functions and Duties
- During the academic years 2020–2025, the Management Board of Zone E has
effectively fulfilled its assigned responsibilities. The unit was awarded the title of
"Advanced Labor Collective" for the academic years 2020–2021, 2021–2022, and 2022–2023.
- The Management Board of Zone E consistently takes the lead in maintaining
security and order at the University and promptly addresses any difficulties students face
during their practice sessions in the zone.
V. Development Orientation
With the desire to promote team solidarity, the unit will strive harder to
accomplish upcoming
activities and campaigns initiated by the University. Although still a relatively young unit, the
Management Board is determined to become an outstanding performer each academic year.
