The Congress is an important political event for all students of the university, aimed at reviewing the effectiveness of the Student Association’s activities and student movements for the 2023–2025 term, while also defining directions, goals, and solutions for the new term. In addition, the Congress will elect the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Student Association of Nam Can Tho University, 4th tenure, for the 2025–2028 term.
