I. Overview
The Faculty of Business Administration & Marketing - Nam Can Tho University is dedicated to training
high-quality human resources in the fields of business and marketing, equipping students with solid
professional knowledge, flexible practical skills, and business ethics in a dynamic environment.
Establishment and Training Programs

The Faculty of Business Administration - Marketing was separated from the Faculty of
Economics by Decision No. 132/QD-CTHDT-ĐHNCT dated September 11, 2023, issued by Nam Can Tho
University.

The Faculty comprises two departments: the Department of Business Administration and the
Department of Marketing.

It manages three undergraduate training programs: Business Administration, International
Business, and Marketing. In addition, it oversees master's and doctoral programs in Business
Administration.

The Faculty also delivers an international joint training program in Business Administration
at the undergraduate level in collaboration with the Malaysia University of Science and
Technology (MUST).

Over more than two years of development, the Faculty’s team of lecturers has grown
significantly in both quantity and quality.

The team includes many full-time lecturers with master's, doctoral, associate professor, and
professor-level qualifications.

associate professors from research institutes and universities in Vietnam and abroad.

II. Functions and Responsibilities
The Faculty of Business Administration - Marketing at Nam Can Tho University is responsible for
training high-quality human resources at undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels in the fields
of Business Administration, International Business, and Marketing. The Faculty organizes
application-oriented training programs that integrate theory with practice through close
partnerships with businesses and the implementation of an enterprise model within the university.

In addition to teaching, the Faculty also promotes scientific research, textbook
compilation, lecture publication, and the dissemination of research findings in both
domestic and international journals.

V. Organizational structure
As of now, the organizational structure of the Faculty consists of: one Dean, one Vice Dean, two
Deputy Heads of Department, one assistant, one (administrative) secretary, and ten experienced
lecturers.

In the near future, the Faculty will continue to advise the University Board of Rectors and
Leadership on recruiting qualified and experienced academic staff in the field of Health
Sciences to strengthen the human resources structure and establish additional specialized
departments.
