Students are equipped with both foundational and advanced knowledge, along with the clinical competencies needed to diagnose and treat oral health problems.
Although only recently established, the Faculty’s staff and lecturers have worked tirelessly and already chalked up notable achievements. They consistently excel in their assigned duties, take an active role in major nationwide conferences and symposiums, and serve as advisors for faculty- and student-union initiatives—from sports programs to charitable and community-service activities.
The faculty’s vision is to supply a highly qualified workforce that meets labor-market demands while designing and delivering specialist training programs. It will also partner with hospitals, research institutes, and pharmaceutical companies, enabling students to undertake internships and refine practical skills in community health care.
As of today, the faculty’s staffing structure consists of a Dean’s Board, two assistants (one for academic affairs and one for administration), one staff member, and four dedicated departments: Basic Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Preventive and Developmental Dentistry, and Oral Pathology & Maxillofacial Surgery. In addition, the faculty partners with external lecturers and experts for short-term training and research, helping to elevate both teaching quality and professional expertise.
The Faculty of Odonto-Stomatology boasts a dynamic, well-qualified, and dedicated teaching team. Most lecturers hold Master’s or Doctoral degrees, and those assigned to the faculty are long-standing educators with extensive experience not only in their professional specialties but also in academic management and curriculum development.
