On March 19 and 20, 2025, at the Online Meeting Room of the Multi-functional Practice Area, Nam Can Tho University successfully organized a training program called “Lecturer Capacity Development Series”. This event attracted a large number of lecturers, professional educators and those interested in improving the quality of teaching in the context of modern education.
The program is designed to provide lecturers with creative and effective teaching skills, tools and methods. One of the important goals is to help lecturers apply modern technology to lectures, creating an attractive and inspiring learning environment.
The highlight of the program is the participation of prestigious speakers. Master Nguyen Huu Phat, CEO of RedPola Digital Platform Institute, brought in-depth knowledge and breakthrough solutions in the fields of AI and digital transformation. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and 5 years of implementing AI solutions into practice, he has helped lecturers broaden their vision of applying technology in teaching and operation.

Throughout the two days, participating lecturers were equipped with knowledge about applying technology, building interactive lectures, and creative student assessment methods. The training sessions were designed to be highly practical and interactive, combining theory and practice, helping lecturers experience modern tools and platforms such as online teaching support software and visual lecture design tools.

In particular, innovative teaching methods such as project-based learning, collaborative learning and situational learning were introduced, helping lecturers improve their ability to encourage students to actively participate and develop critical thinking. Flexible assessment methods such as online tests and group projects have received much attention, helping lecturers have a more comprehensive view of students' progress.

With a lively and friendly style, Tung BT not only attracts but also strongly inspires the attendees through impressive lessons, helping to bring interesting knowledge to help DNC staff and lecturers have more skills to integrate humor in teaching.
The event is not only an opportunity for lecturers to improve their knowledge but also creates an opportunity for DNC staff and lecturers to get closer to each other, besides learning, sharing, connecting with experts and colleagues, promising to open up a new direction in higher education in Vietnam.
