Can Tho, September 15, 2025 – Nam Can Tho University (DNC) successfully organized a working session with Eastern Century Learning and Training Services Co., Ltd. (Malaysia) at the Yersin Meeting Room – DNC Health Science Institute, aiming to foster educational cooperation and international academic exchange for students, lecturers, and staff.
The session was held in a professional and effective atmosphere, marking a new milestone in DNC’s international partnerships, contributing to the enhancement of language skills, scientific research, student exchange, and global integration.
Attending the event, on behalf of ECLTS Malaysia were Mr. Wong Hong Chau – Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Bosco Beh Chin Kwong – Chief Operating Officer; and Mr. Nguyen Ly Bao Duy – Managing Director, ECLTS Representative in Vietnam.
On behalf of Nam Can Tho University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Huu Xinh – Vice Rector; MSc. Nguyen Tri Duc – Assistant to the Chairman of the University Council, Member of the University Council, and Director of the DNC Center for Software Development and Application; together with leaders of faculties, departments, centers, and affiliated units.

ECLTS highly appreciated the potential of DNC students, especially their dynamism and creativity. Mr. Wong Hong Chau emphasized that ECLTS will implement internationally standardized training programs, designed flexibly to meet the needs of different participants.

The discussion focused on cooperative training plans for students in economics, information technology, business administration, and related fields. Both sides exchanged extensively about suitable programs for DNC students, lecturers, and staff. ECLTS proposed flexible courses for lecturers and students following international standards. Particularly, the programs will be customized, including student exchange opportunities, academic activities, and scientific research collaborations to leverage DNC’s strong potential in facilities and student quality.

The session concluded with the signing ceremony of an MOU, marking an important step in strengthening Nam Can Tho University’s international relations, while promoting educational exchange and cooperation between Vietnam and Malaysia.
