The Office of Research Administration was established with the goal of being the focal point for organizing, managing, and promoting research and scientific activities at the University. It advises the Rector on the overall strategy for research and technology activities to enhance the University's position.
Organizing, planning, and implementing research activities for lecturers, students, trainees, and PhD candidates; managing, consulting on the application and transfer of research results; ensuring intellectual property rights and copyright for research products.
Managing and developing teaching materials for lecturers.
Advising, developing, and submitting to the Rector strategies, annual plans, and promulgating regulations and rules on research activities; managing and inspecting the implementation of regulations and research activity plans within the University.

Research work is highly regarded by staff and lecturers in the University. In the academic year 2024-2025 alone, a total of 120 research projects and 49 textbooks - books were approved and implemented.
Regarding scientific articles, by 2025, the university has published approximately 300 international articles.
The office continues to promote advising and facilitating research activities for individuals and units within the University; develop research and technology projects at various levels; coordinate with units to plan and implement the University's research activities; promote research activities among students; prioritize the implementation of research projects with products serving production to strengthen the implementation of activities, striving to become a high-quality management unit in research.
