Policy: 80% tuition fee reduction per semester
Freshmen who win First, Second, or Third Prize in the National Excellent Student Exam
or National Science and Technology Contest during high school, or win Gold, Silver,
Bronze medals in international competitions during high school.
50% Tuition Fee
Policy: 50% tuition fee reduction per semester
Freshmen who meet one of the following criteria:
Receive Encouragement/Fourth Prize in the National Excellent Student Exam or
National Science and Technology Contest during high school.
Win First, Second, or Third Prize in Provincial/City Excellent Student or Olympic
Exams during high school.
Win First, Second, or Third Prize in cultural, artistic, or sports talent contests
from Provincial/City level or higher during high school.
20% Tuition Fee
Policy: 20% tuition fee reduction per semester, free dormitory fee
Applicants enrolling in regular university programs with permanent residence in Dai Loc
District, Quang Nam Province (free dormitory fee)

Policy: 30% tuition fee reduction per semester
Applicable to:
Students who are children of war invalids (type 1/4, 2/4).
Students who are orphans of both parents.
Students who are orphans of father or mother (with poor household certificate).
20% Tuition Fee
Policy: 20% tuition fee reduction per semester
Applicable to:
Students from poor households
Students with severe disabilities certified by competent authorities with an assessment
of 61% or higher according to Decree 28/2012/NĐ-CP and have an average academic
performance of Good or higher for 3 years in high school
Full-time lecturers, staff, employees of DNC ecosystem studying for an additional
