Nam Can Tho University, in collaboration with the Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST), organizes the International Conference on the theme: “Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Sustainable Development in the Mekong Delta” (DTISD-Mekong 2026). The Conference aims to provide an academic forum where scholars, policymakers, businesses, international organizations, and stakeholders can exchange and share knowledge and experiences on digital transformation, innovation, and sustainable development.
Through this event, participants will have opportunities to connect, collaborate, and promote knowledge and technology transfer among universities, enterprises, and local authorities. At the same time, the Conference will raise community awareness about the role of digital transformation and innovation in fostering socio-economic development, environmental protection, and sustainable livelihoods.
1. Conference Themes
The Organizing Committee respectfullyinvites papers focusing on the following topics:
- Digital transformation in public and corporate governance
- Innovation in regional economic development
- Sustainable development and climate change adaptation
- Human resource development and digital education
- Regional connectivity and international cooperation
2. Format
The conference will be held in two formats: on-site and online, at Hall E, Nam Can Tho University, on May 29, 2026
3. Submission Guidelines
- Papers may be submitted in Vietnamese or English, and must not have been previously published in any form.
- Papers should follow the format of a scientific article, with a maximum length of 8–10 pages (A4 size); font: Times New Roman, size 11; margins: top (2.54 cm), bottom (2.03 cm), left and right (2.54 cm); single spacing; spacing between paragraphs: 6pt. Figure captions should be placed below the figure, and table captions above the table; both must be numbered sequentially. Title: bold, size 14; below the title: author’s full name, institution, and email of the corresponding author. At the end of the paper: provide author information (full name, academic title/position, institution, and contact address).
- Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by qualified scholars. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings (with ISBN). Selected high-quality papers will be published in a special issue of the Journal of Science and Economic Development – Nam Can Tho University (ISSN 2588-1272). Outstanding papers will be invited for presentation at the Conference.
