On October 14, 2025, at the Yersin Meeting Room – Institute of Health Sciences, Nam Can Tho University solemnly held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding with the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) – Canada, marking a significant milestone in its journey toward educational integration and internationalization.
Representing Nam Can Tho University were Dr. Nguyễn Văn Quang - Party Committee Secretary and Rector of the University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đỗ Văn Xê - Head of the Office of Research Administration. From BCIT, the event was attended by Mr. Michael Galli - Director of International Recruitment and Partnerships, and Ms. Lisa Wai Ming Chu - Dean of the School of Health Sciences. The presence of senior leaders from both institutions underscored the strong commitment and strategic significance of this collaboration.
