On the morning of October 27, 2025, at Hanyang University Erica, the Department of Smart City Engineering solemnly held a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony with the Faculty of Architecture, Construction, and Environment of Nam Can Tho University. The event took place in a formal and warm atmosphere, marking a new milestone in the collaborative relationship between the two institutions.
Attending the ceremony, from Hanyang University were Professor Dr. Ahn Yonghan, Dean of the Department of Smart City Engineering, along with faculty members and departmental staff. Representing Nam Can Tho University were Dr. Nguyen Tan Hung, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Construction, and Environment, together with lecturers and representatives of the CNCSA Research Group.
The Memorandum of Agreement focuses on strengthening cooperation in faculty development, education, scientific research, academic exchange, organization of international conferences, and sharing experiences in applying new technologies in architecture and sustainable construction.
Both parties agreed to implement specific collaborative activities such as faculty and student exchanges, joint supervision of research projects, co-organization of seminars and academic workshops, as well as cultural and scholarly exchange programs.

Speaking at the ceremony, representatives from both universities expressed their confidence that this Memorandum of Agreement would open up numerous opportunities for development, enhance teaching and research activities for faculty and students, and expand the international academic cooperation network between the two institutions.
