On the morning of July 17, 2025, a cooperation signing ceremony took place between Nam Can Tho University (DNC) and Bac Lieu University (BLU) at the campus of Bac Lieu University. This important event marked a new milestone in the development of the partnership between the two major higher education institutions in the Mekong Delta region.
Representing Nam Can Tho University at the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Hung Luc – Vice Rector, MSc. Nguyen Van Linh – Acting Head of the Faculty of Information Technology, and MSc. Nguyen Anh Duy – Deputy Head of the Training Department.

On behalf of Bac Lieu University, the ceremony was attended by Dr. Ngo Duc Luu – Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Tien Hai Ly – Vice Rector; along with representatives from various departments and faculties of the university.

Speaking at the ceremony, representatives from both universities emphasized the importance of collaboration between higher education institutions in this era of innovation and integration.
