On the morning of August 13, 2025, at Hall E2, Nam Can Tho University hosted a special workshop titled “Confidence in Job Applications” as part of the DNC Job Fair 2025. The event aimed to help students enhance their job application skills and make a strong impression on employers from the very first round.

The workshop was organized in collaboration with the Can Tho City Employment Service Center and featured Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thùy Trang, an experienced consultant in career guidance and recruitment.

Key highlight of the workshop:

• How to write a CV that impresses employers.
• Practical interview skills and handling tough questions.
• Recruitment “insider tips” from an HR expert’s perspective.
• Interactive Q&A session with the speaker.

The atmosphere was dynamic and highly interactive with over 400 students in attendance. Many practical questions were addressed in detail, helping students gain a clearer understanding of the key factors for recruitment success. Several participants shared that they had learned “golden tips” to stand out from the resume screening stage to the final interview.

The “Confidence in Job Applications” workshop was a valuable and practical activity, equipping DNC students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to confidently enter the labor market.
