DNC - In 2024, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) divided the online payment schedule for application fees into 6 phases, allowing candidates nationwide to pay via the National Public Service Portal with 17 official online payment channels.

1. Application fee payment schedule for 2024

From July 18 to 5:00 PM on July 30, 2024, candidates can register, adjust, and add choices of applications without limitation.

From July 31 to 5:00 PM on August 6, 2024, candidates must pay the application fee based on the number of registered choices through online payment methods guided by MOET.

The 2024 University Application System of MOET allows candidates to choose 1 of 17 different payment channels (available on the National Public Service Portal). Candidates can find detailed payment instructions for application fee payment on the MOET portal, including:

• Banking channels: Vietcombank; Vietinbank; Agribank; BIDV; SHB; VPBank;
• Payment intermediaries: Other banks via VNPT Money; Ngan Luong; KeyPay; Payoo; Napas; Hpay.
• E-wallets: VNPT Money (QR code); Momo; Viettel Money.
• Mobile Money: VNPT Money (QR code).

Guidelines and video instructions for each channel are available on the application system (https://bit.ly/hdttnv2024). Candidates should read carefully and prepare the necessary conditions before proceeding.

To ensure safety and avoid system overload, MOET has arranged an online payment schedule by provinces/cities (where candidates submitted their documents) as follows:

• 00:00 July 31 – 17:00 August 1, 2024: Hanoi, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La, Yen Bai.

• 00:00 August 1 – 17:00 August 2, 2024: Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong City.

• 00:00 August 2 – 17:00 August 3, 2024: Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An.

• 00:00 August 3 – 17:00 August 4, 2024: Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien-Hue, Da Nang City, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Kon Tum.

• 00:00 August 4 – 17:00 August 5, 2024: Ho Chi Minh City, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh.

• 00:00 August 5 – 17:00 August 6, 2024: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Can Tho City, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau.

2. General steps for online payment on the application system

Step 1: Log in to the application system: https://thisinh.thithptquocgia.edu.vn/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on “Application Registration Information”.

Click “OK” to access your application registration details.

Step 3: Click “View List of Registered Applications”.

Step 4: To pay the application fee, click “Pay”.

Step 5: The system will display 17 payment channels and the total fee (calculated based on the number of applications). Select one channel to proceed with payment.

Note: After completing the payment, the system will automatically return to the previous page. If asked to log in again, re-login and check the application status. Once it shows “Application recorded – Fee paid”, the process is complete. If not, refresh (Ctrl + F5) to update.

• The “Pay” button only appears during the official payment period.
• If the system is overloaded, wait ~30 minutes and try again.
• After successful payment, the receipt will be available on the system after August 6, 2024.
• If a transaction fails, try again on the same channel or switch to another one.
