On August 21, 2018, in Hanoi, Nam Can Tho University (DNC) and Vingroup Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in education. According to the agreement, Vingroup and DNC will cooperate on four contents including: sponsoring scientific and technological research projects; exchanging and learning experiences between professors, researchers, and students; teaching and sharing knowledge.

Vingroup has also assigned DNC to train with a commitment to receive approximately 100,000 graduates in information technology over the next 10 years. At the signing ceremony, Vingroup officially announced a key investment strategy in the Technology - Industry sector with the goal that by 2028, Vingroup will become an international-class Technology - Industry - Services Group, with Technology as the main proportion.
