Can Tho Newspaper – On August 16, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Huu Commune, in collaboration with the local police and Nam Can Tho University Hospital, organized free medical examinations and treatment for 200 people, including grassroots security forces, families with contributions to the revolution, and individuals in difficult circumstances.
Alongside medical services, each participant received a gift package containing sugar, milk, and rice. The total budget for these activities exceeded VND 60 million, funded by Nam Can Tho University Hospital. The program not only contributed to protecting and improving the health of grassroots security forces but also honored the tradition of “remembering the source when drinking water” for families with revolutionary contributions, while meeting the healthcare, consultation, and treatment needs of local residents.
