On the morning of July 14, at Can Tho City Hematology and Blood Transfusion Hospital; Nam Can Tho University staff, lecturers and employees participated in voluntary blood donation together, following the meaningful call of Can Tho City Labor Federation. Very early, the school staff were present at the location to fill out registration forms, have their blood pressure checked, and wait for their turn to donate blood.
Starting the day with both professional duties and a spirit of community service, the event provided an opportunity to spread the message of compassion. With the motto "A drop of blood given - A life saved", DNC members donated their blood units to share and show deep responsibility to society. Those drops of blood are not only blood but also life, an opportunity for patients in need of help.
The Trade Union of Nam Can Tho University has also built an internal voluntary blood donation campaign with a strong message: from each individual, each open heart can contribute to the common source of life. Each drop of donated blood is a testament to the spirit of mutual love and is a practical contribution of each staff member, lecturers and employees of the school to the community.
In early June 2025, the school organized a large-scale blood donation campaign, attracting the participation of a large number of staff members, lecturers, employees and students. The school collected a large amount of blood, contributing significantly to the reserve source at Can Tho City Hematology and Blood Transfusion Hospital. The enthusiastic participation demonstrated the close connection between the school and the community, spreading the values of knowledge along with social responsibility.
The blood donation took place in an urgent yet warm atmosphere, filled with joy and mutual sharing. In particular, the enthusiastic participation of the DNC collective not only contributes to supplementing the city's valuable blood reserve, but also spreads the message of beautiful living to students and the surrounding community.
