On the morning of December 20, 2025, at Van Phat Riverside Hotel, students from Nam Can Tho University (DNC) participated in a centralized recruitment program themed “Build Your Future with Vikki Bank,” organized by Vikki Bank.

The program was implemented with the aim of identifying and recruiting young candidates who demonstrate strong professional competence, a progressive mindset, and a clear desire to pursue a career in the finance and banking sector. Through this initiative, Nam Can Tho University students were given the opportunity to directly access a real working environment, gain insights into corporate culture, organizational structure, and explore key recruitment positions at Vikki Bank.

At the event, students not only took part in on-site interviews but also practiced essential skills required in professional recruitment processes. In addition, they received constructive feedback and professional guidance from the company’s human resources team. These experiences enabled students to further refine their career skills, enhance self-confidence, and develop clearer personal career development plans for the future.

The collaboration in organizing recruitment programs with enterprises continues to reaffirm Nam Can Tho University’s educational orientation toward aligning training with the practical demands of the labor market, while simultaneously expanding employment opportunities for students during their studies and after graduation.
