DNC – On September 19, 2025, at the Yersin Conference Room, Nam Can Tho University (DNC) solemnly held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with VTV Times. This marks an important milestone, opening up numerous opportunities for cooperation in the fields of communication and journalism, contributing to the dissemination of educational values, promoting training activities, scientific research, technology transfer, and community engagement.
The working session took place in a solemn atmosphere with the participation of VTV Times leaders, including Mr. Nguyễn Trọng Ninh – Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Lê Văn Hải – Head of the Southern Representative Office, along with their colleagues. On behalf of Nam Can Tho University, the event was attended by Dr. Nguyễn Văn Quang – Party Committee Secretary, Rector of Nam can Tho University; Dr. Trần Hữu Xinh – Vice Rector; together with representatives of faculty leaders from various departments, offices, and centers of the University.

Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Trần Hữu Xinh emphasized the importance of communication in sharing knowledge and enhancing the quality of education. He affirmed that the collaboration with VTV Times would open an effective communication channel, bringing DNC’s image closer to the community while helping students access official and high-quality information.
