The 7-day journey filled with enthusiasm in Luc Si Thanh commune, Vinh Long province, has officially come to an end, marking the success of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign organized by the Vinh Long Student Union of Nam Can Tho University. The campaign not only resulted in meaningful community projects but also powerfully spread the spirit of “Wherever help is needed, there are young people – No challenge is too great for the youth”

On the morning of the closing day, the volunteer members, in collaboration with the Executive Committee of the Luc Si Thanh Communal Youth Union and the Nu Cuoi Club, organized the program “San sẻ yêu thương – Cùng em đến trường” (Sharing Love – Supporting Children to School). During the event, 50 gift packages were delivered directly to underprivileged students and policy beneficiary families in the commune, demonstrating a deep sense of care and commitment to the community.

The Trade Union of Nam Can Tho University also launched an internal blood donation awareness campaign with a powerful message: from each individual and each open heart, we can contribute to the shared source of life. Every drop of donated blood stands as a testament to the spirit of solidarity and mutual support, reflecting the meaningful contributions of the university’s staff, lecturers, and employees to the community.

That afternoon, the campaign’s closing ceremony took place in a solemn and warm atmosphere. It was an opportunity to look back or reflect on the achievements made and to express gratitude and honor the contributions of each individual and collective involved in the campaign.

During the ceremony, the People's Committee of Luc Si Thanh commune awarded certificates of merit to the Vinh Long Student Union and 10 individuals for their outstanding performance. In addition, the Executive Committee of the Communal Youth Union presented certificates of recognition to one group and 23 individuals who demonstrated remarkable dedication and a strong sense of responsibility throughout the campaign.

This year's Green Summer campaign concluded not only with impressive figures, gifts, and completed projects, but also with cherished memories and bonds formed between volunteers and local residents, between the youth and their homeland. The campaign truly became a journey of growth, connection, and the spread of meaningful values: living beautifully and living usefully.
