DNC - On the morning of May 22, 2019, the Board of Rectors of Nam Can Tho University had a meeting and working session with the Board of Rectors of the International College of the National Institute of Development Administration (ICO NIDA), Thailand.

The meeting was attended by Labor Hero, People's Teacher, Professor Dr. Vo Tong Xuan – Rector of Nam Can Tho University; Dr. Nguyen Van Quang – Vice Rector and Head of the Office of Academic Affairs and Scientific Research; Associate Professor Dr. Dao Duy Huan – Vice Rector; along with esteemed faculty members representing various centers, departments, and faculties of the university.

Representing the Board of Rectors of the International College of the National Institute of Development Administration (ICO NIDA), Thailand, were Associate Professor Dr. Piboon Periveth – Dean of ICO NIDA; Ms. Hathaikarn McLaughlin – College Secretary; and Ms. Somjitt Thaetiang – Education Services Officer.

During the working session, the Boards of Rectors of both institutions engaged in important discussions on educational development and scientific research, which culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two universities.

The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding not only promotes cooperation between the two institutions across various fields, but also serves as clear evidence of the continuous development of Nam Can Tho University in expanding international collaboration, joint training programs, and scientific research with countries in the region and around the world.

Following the signing ceremony, the representatives of the International College under the National Institute of Development Administration (ICO NIDA), Thailand, toured the facilities and learning environment of Nam Can Tho University.
