The framework for cooperation between the two universities has been clearly defined with specific priorities. The foremost focus is on developing joint training programs, including student exchange initiatives and 4+1 and 3+2 articulation programs (Bachelor’s + Master’s), creating favorable conditions for DNC students to obtain degrees from NCU. In parallel, NCU will offer a number of valuable postgraduate scholarships to attract and support outstanding DNC students and graduate learners pursuing Master’s and Doctoral studies in Taiwan. To strengthen academic foundations, both sides will promote the exchange of lecturers and researchers, jointly engage in teaching and scientific research, and co-organize international conferences. Notably, the collaboration will also aim to jointly develop new international academic programs, with a particular focus on STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), in response to the growing global demand for high-quality human resources.

One of the most practical and meaningful activities for students was the direct scholarship interview session held immediately after the meeting. The NCU delegation conducted interviews and evaluated the applications of approximately 20 outstanding students and graduate learners from DNC who expressed interest in pursuing postgraduate programs in Taiwan. This rare opportunity directly opens the door for young talents at the university to study abroad and access advanced education systems.
